Bio : I\'m a freelance writer and editor in the Washington, D.C., area. I started my journalism career at a public radio station in North Carolina and have covered public media extensively for Current Newspaper and other publications. In 2007 I helped to recruit applicants for new noncommercial FM stations around the country, and I\'ve done other advocacy work for noncommercial radio.

Bio : Jaime (Jelenchick) Jacobsen is an Emmy-Award winning documentary filmmaker and radio producer from Bozeman, Montana. She is the founder of Partnership Productions LLC, a multimedia production company whose mission is to create media that raises awareness on contemporary social, environmental, and humanitarian issues. Her documentary work has taken her to remote areas of South America and Africa, where she has produced media for NGOs such as Engineers Without Borders.
Currently, Jaime works as a Producer for Untamed Science, a group of scientists and filmmakers who are developing a series of educational videos for K-12 science classrooms in conjunction with Pearson Education. These videos will be seen by over 50% of students across America in the next seven to ten years. Jaime is also an Adjunct Faculty Member in the University Honors College at Montana State University. She has also taught in the Montana Apprenticeship Program and the College of Art & Architecture at MSU. Jaime holds Bachelors degrees in Art and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters of Fine Arts in Science & Natural History Filmmaking from Montana State University.

Bio : Bio: Michael Johnson has been involved in training for public radio since 1983 starting with Western Public and has produced music programs for over 13 years on KALW and KPFA. He has covered Native American issues as Associate Producer, Editor, and Digital Mix Engineer for "Spirits Of The Present: The Legacy From Native America" for Radio Smithsonian, The Native American Public Broadcasting Consortium, and PRI. He was also the Associate Producer for "Legacies: Tales from America," a Media Rites documentary series for NPR, and an Associate Producer for Lost and Found Sound. He served on assignment in Managua, Nicaragua during the Contra-Sandinista Civil War. Michael Johnson has also been a freelance producer and reporter for the BBC, a training consultant for NPR, General Manager of KALW-FM, San Francisco, and theSenior Producer of the Hot Soup Program and Digital Training Manager for KQED FM, San Francisco.

Bio: Larry Josephson has been a public radio host, producer, engineer and manager for over 40 years. He spent 18 years at WBAI, New York and KPFA, Berkeley as grumpy morning host, assistant manager, and station manager.
Thirty years ago he started the Radio Foundation, a non-profit, public radio production company. Since 1982, The Foundation has been the home of the beloved American humorists, Bob & Ray, who have been on radio, television, and in films, books and commercials for sixty years. We sell 25 CDs containing 90 hours of Bob & Ray. Larry produced four Bob & Ray public radio series, and two sold-out concerts in Carnegie Hall. He won a Peabody Award and three Grammy Nominations for his work with Bob & Ray.
