For the first (and last) time since 4th Grade, Nannette Drake Oldenbourg sings publicly for a rough demo of "the only official entry so far this year" in the "unofficial AIR Theme Song Contest." Says beginner Oldenbourg "Well, at the last minute, I thought, what good's a song not sung? So, though I am no musician or vocalist, I recorded a version of the theme song which I'd written for AIR after Dolores called for one on the PAG last fall. Who's next? Maybe someone could come up with a song explaining new media?" | The lyrics were printed in the May/June AIRSPACE.
